I'm sorry you contacted Ann as I didn't want her to know that I wrote to you. I had a death in the family and Ann is a colleague so I didn't know they didn't last until I returned. I'm disappointed you contacted her.

Wasn't too happy when my niece sent me a photo of the flowers & $110 arrangement was wilty. I was also disappointed in the size for that price. It was wilty bc it was a day with record heat in Illinois which is why I added instruction at the time of purchase to pls deliver after 4 pm. Why have a customer add instructions if youre not going to accommodate? The photo she sent me was at 4:23 so if my instructions would've been followed, that might only have been outside in the elements for 20 min? I think $17.95 plus another unexplained "fee" at the time of checkout should ensure good delivery.

Hi Amber! I'm so sorry you feel this way... We certainly never send out bad product and last week was not that warm. I will check the driver logs and see how your niece responded to our driver and get back to you on that point. As to specific times for delivery, we do not offer "Timed" delivery. I'm sorry that you thought that you could specify a delivery time. I am going to send you a text message and I am asking that you send me the images you received from your niece! Thank you in advance! :-)

called in from Spain to send Bday flowers to my mom. we had chosen the desired bouquet online already, and jsut wanted to confirm availability etc. the guy on the phone could have been more friendly, but regardless answered all questions completely and effectively. we orderd online, flowers arrived on time and are lovely. my mom is happy - so i am happy. living in europe, i am used to (often) cold customer service, so was hoping for a bit of good old americana cheer, but alas, no. thats the onyl reaosn 4 stars. otherwise wonderful
